Refund & Exchange Policy

At Royal Resale Boutique, we carefully curate each piece we offer and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our inventory consists primarily of vintage, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind pieces, all sales are final and we do not offer monetary refunds.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we may offer an exchange for another item of equal value, subject to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

Royal Resale Boutique does not issue refunds to the original form of payment, cash refunds, or store-credit refunds.

Once a purchase has been completed, the sale is considered final unless the item qualifies for an exchange under this policy.

Because many of our pieces are vintage, pre-owned, one-of-a-kind, or limited in availability, we encourage customers to carefully inspect items and confirm sizing, condition, and suitability before completing a purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact Royal Resale Boutique within 7 days of purchase.

Approved exchanges may be made for another item of equal value.

The replacement item must:

Be of equal value to the original purchase;
Be available at the time of the exchange;
Be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased;
Not have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used; and
Include any original tags or accessories that were provided with the purchase, when applicable.

If the replacement item is unavailable, Royal Resale Boutique may, at its discretion, offer another suitable item of equal value.

No Cash Refunds

Royal Resale Boutique does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

If the replacement item selected is less than the original purchase price, the difference will not be refunded.

If the replacement item is more than the original purchase price, the customer may be responsible for paying the difference.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Merchandise

Royal Resale Boutique specializes in vintage, pre-owned, designer, and previously loved merchandise.

Items may naturally show signs of age, wear, or previous use. Minor imperfections, variations in color or fabric, normal wear, and other characteristics consistent with an item's age or pre-owned condition are not necessarily considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our merchandise. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received an item that was damaged before purchase, materially different from its description, or incorrectly provided to you, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your name, purchase information, and photographs of the item when appropriate so that we can review the issue.

If we determine that an item qualifies for a remedy, we may offer an exchange for an item of equal value or another appropriate resolution.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be designated as Final Sale due to their condition, special pricing, promotional status, or other circumstances.

Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Consignment & Special Transactions

Purchases or transactions involving consignment items, private sales, special orders, or other individually negotiated arrangements may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of the transaction.
